Facturamos en Pesos Mexicanos ($ MXN). Envío sin costo en cinco días hábiles a toda la República Mexicana.
Para envíos internacionales aplicamos un costo adicional de envío, que se agregará al momento de pagar en el checkout.
Los pedidos internacionales pueden estar sujetos a impuestos de importación cuando llegan al país de destino. El destinatario es responsable de estos impuestos.

Revisamos las ediciones con la máxima atención antes de enviarlas, pero en caso de error por nuestra parte correremos con los gastos.En caso de no entrega, robo, pérdida o daño del envío postal, por favor envia un formulario de reclamación al servicio postal que hizo el envio y avísanos del problema a info@itera.onl.

Shipping policy
We invoice in Mexican Pesos ($ MXN).
Free shipping within five business days to anywhere in Mexico.
For international orders, we charge an additional shipping fee which will be added at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these taxes.
Return policy
We inspect our editions with the utmost care before shipping them, but in the event of an error on our part, we will cover the costs.
In the event of non-delivery, theft, loss, or damage to the shipment, please submit a claim form to the postal service that handled the shipment and notify us of the problem at info@itera.onl.
